MSDS strives to bring you the most innovative "state of the art" products. Martin personally works with companies such as Borla Performance (manufacturers of Stainless Steel mufflers) and Randall Aase Motors (world class 911 engine builders) in developing our high performance products.

MSDS crafts its products here in our San Fernando Valley factory. We do not manufacture in third world or overseas countries.

Our high standards of design, testing and manufacturing, often shows that bigger is not necessarily better.

For example, the latest big hype product: the 500 horsepower 5" tailpipe, will not be a product you will see in the MSDS product line up.

Before too long... someone will offer similar products to you that have been "splashed" (cheap knock off's) from original MSDS parts. That is just standard for R&D for most companies.

Only MSDS engineering is the science of materials, processes and products.

All MSDS, inc. exhaust/ intake/ upgrade products are sold for "Off road-Racing purposes only," and not legal for sale or use on pollution controlled vehicles.

Warranty: One year/ to original purchaser (end user) to materials and workmanship, unless otherwise noted, such as Borla products 1,000,000 mile warranty.

Not Covered: Damage caused by use of "Header Wrap", lean burn caused by mixture conditions associated with nitrous oxide, misuse, bottoming out on pavement, discoloration of nickle plating, ceramic coating, paint, unfamiliarization of vehicles ecu to learn msds products (c-e-l or m-i-l light), labor, freight, rental car costs, refusal by your mechanic to install parts, voiding of your cars warranty, damage to engine / power train, any and all liability including bodily injury / property damage. Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts only, at the discretion of msds. All freight claims for shortage / damage to shipments must be made by the consignee to the freight company within 72 hours of discovery. Note: All approved VISA/MC orders must be SHIPPED to the customer's BILLING address, unless by other arrangement. Vanagon conversion system orders, please contact our order desk.

MSDSinc. will gladly ship your package with FedEx. You may use the internet tracking services ( 24H / 7 days) of http://www.fedex.com and follow your shipment to your door ! In person, on the phone or email, FedEx personel are courteous and helpful , their drivers usually smile ! As with the integrity of MSDS products, we choose to use the best in the shipping industry.
